The use of newsgroups has waned due to many facts, massive spamming in the groups, the proliferation of discussion forums over the net, and in some cases the standardization of RSS subscriptions. But if you are still subscribed to an active newsgroup, NewsPro is application that will come in handy to you.

  This tool allows to connect to various newsgroup servers to be updated, allowing you to send and answer any messages that you receive. Like any classic technology, NewsPro is capable of managing connections via modem to connect, download the latest messages and uninstall, something that used to be very valued.

  What's more is includes a very good search engine to find any message that we want to read.

  The graphic interface is very clear, with three big areas with specific functions. Up on the the left we will have a list of servers and groups divided in tabs, beside it we will be able to open the dialog that is necessary to perform any task, like answering the message, and underneath, occupying the width of the window, we will find the viewer.
